Soap Making  Workshop in Crete

This soap making workshop in Crete is a plunge in the “dizzying” natural essences, the aromas and smooth texture of the best olive oil in the world. Fascinating for children that become little chemists, the workshop is run by a young passionate lady, specialized in the art of soap and cosmetics from olive oil in a beautiful little village 18 km from Heraklion city.

At the workshop you will get acquainted with the traditional cold process soap making method for handmade soap based on olive oil. You will also explore the exotic oils, balms (beurres), essences, natural colorants, plants and spices, which are used in soap making.

How to book

This family tour is ideal for families with children from 5 years old. It operates from April to November and it cannot be booked independently, but as part of a multi-day tailormade trip in Crete and the Greek Islands.
