Fereikos is a snails’ farm, founded by sisters Maria and Penny and located close to Ancient Corinth, Peloponnese. The name derives from “fero” to carry and “ikos” house, which when combined, translates literally as “I carry my own house”, an apt description of the snail. Experience this gastronomy tour at the snails’ farm and taste original recipes!

The farm produces award-winning products based on snails, which are handpicked and then prepared with the freshest ingredients without GMOs, additives or colorings. Apart from the farm’s produce, the hosts in cooperation with MAMAKITA create unique family “farm to table” experiences for their guests.

In this private tour, you have the chance to visit the farm, meet the snails, participate in the selection and see the packaging process of fresh snails. Afterwards, you will taste four snail recipes paired with two different local wines, while children paint the snail shells to take them back home as your souvenir from Corinthia and Greece.

This private tour is ideal for families with children from 4 years old and it operates in summer and spring months. It cannot be booked independently, but as part of a multi-day tailormade trip in Nafplio, Corinth and the wider region of northern Peloponnese.
