Farm Tour & Private Farm-to-Table Dining in Paros
Private tour and farm-to-table lunch with family
Relish the most breathtaking view of the world renown Paros beach Kolymbithres from up the hill and the serenity of an organic farm overlooking the coast of Naoussa in a private farm-to-table lunch.
The farm is a paradigm of agro-ecology, in other words farming on the basis of sustainable agricultural principles and it is specialized in the production of Mediterranean crops that are well suited to the distinctive microclimates of this land, i.e. olives, capers, oregano, lavender, figs, grapes and other herbs, which embody the flavors of Greece through their taste and aroma.
Start the tour winding your way through the farm, where you will be guided to the Mediterranean crops. Discuss the sustainable cultivation techniques the farm uses, how they impact the taste of the products, and the kinds of products made from the crops. You will also get to see the free-range chickens and goats living at the farm that children could feed.
After the tour we offer chilled water infused with our very own lemon, mint and basil which is very refreshing after a walk around the farm and we serve lunch on our balcony that offers stunning views of the sea and the picturesque village of Naoussa. Lunch is served with our own wine and includes our tasting platter – consisting of a delicious and generous selection of products from our farm like cherry tomatoes, cheese, fig jam, olives, capers, bread and olive oil with oregano- Greek salad, Parian chickpeas slow-cooked in the oven, spinach pie and for dessert a traditional spoon sweet desert.
