Hiking Aegiali in Amorgos

Aegiali – Tholaria – Langada (circular)

Hiking marked path No 4 is in Amorgos the best way to discover the area of Aegiali, beyond its more popular beach zone.

Our walk can start from any location you wish, Aegiali Bay (Ormos), Tholaria or Langada. We will continue clockwise or anticlockwise, depending on our point of departure, and will go past the picturesque villages of Langada and Tholaria, where we will visit a traditional olive press and enjoy our coffee break at the local kafenío (coffee shop). We will have the opportunity to see some important sites on the way, such as ancient Aegiali (Vigla), the church of Epanochoriani and Astratios and the beautiful settlement of Stroumbos. Our walk will end at the point of departure.

How to book

This family tour is ideal for families with children from 8 years old. It operates throughout the year and it cannot be booked independently, but as part of a multi-day tailormade trip in the Greek Islands.
